Monty Python and the Holy Grail CCG

All the characters from The Holy Grail seeking quests, encountering silly Frenchmen and peasants. Players recite song verses, answer trivia, unclog noses, fling electric donkeys, get slop poured on you, and fight. Oh, and answer three questions, over and over... Monty Python and the Holy Grail is infamous in the CCG sphere for having incomprehensible rules. The original rulebooks were difficult to decipher for people not used to old-school war games, but in the early to mid 2020's, a revival began with a new rules committee. As of 2026, there are nearly dozens of playgroups around the world and the game is getting recognition for its many early innovations, especially considering its 1996 release date.
